HMC Architects is in search of a SPECIFICATIONS WRITER who is looking for a firm culture that values integrity, creativity, and a dynamic work environment.

Education: Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering Degree required or equivalent demonstrated proficiency. Architectural License in State of California preferred. Construction Documents Technician (CDT) required. Membership in CSI preferred.

Experience: Seven (7) years of office and field experience involving administration of various projects and experience in reviewing multi-disciplinary technical Specifications (architectural, structural, MP and E).

Education: Architectural degree from an accredited university or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience in CAD drafting of architectural drawings desired.
